Scheme Overview
Automatic test solution for veneer production line
The scheme is developed based on the comprehensive measuring instrument. The conduction test method is adopted in a clean RF test environment with corresponding frequency range. ATE software is used to automatically control the comprehensive measuring instrument, shielding box, RF switch link, power supply module and hardware control module. The functions of automatic collection, judgment, report generation and data storage of relevant RF indexes of terminal products are realized according to 3GPP relevant protocol standards.
The scheme can be used for terminal product research and development, production, quality inspection and other related product links, to achieve a single comprehensive tester one to two parallel testing capabilities.
