Amplitude-phase attenuation matrix
The PAPM programmable amplitude‑phase attenuation matrix series supports a frequency range of 1.7 GHz to 3.8 GHz, with up to 128 × 32 channels. It features an ultra‑wide dynamic range of 0 to 90 dB, high‑precision control within ±1 dB, and rapid switching at 1 ms. Each channel allows independent adjustment of amplitude and phase, and the ports can handle peak power levels of up to 40 dB. This makes it ideal for over‑the‑air performance testing of 5G/6G base station products, including beamforming, MIMO, wideband carrier operations, and dynamic beam scanning.
The device also features ABF simulation, which can significantly reduce the number of cables required during base station air‑interface testing, thereby simplifying the test environment and substantially lowering test costs.
• Base station air‑interface simulation testing: ABF emulation, beamforming, 3D‑MIMO, and dynamic beam scanning.
• Radar Simulation Testing: Beamforming, MIMO, and Dynamic Beam Scanning
• PWC System Test: Plane Wave Conversion
• Phased Array Antenna Testing: Beamforming, MIMO, and Dynamic Beam Scanning
• Scene file playback: Supports rule-based scene file generation, external import, single‑playback, and loop playback; the scene file switch response time (from loading to playback) is less than 10 seconds; and each scene file can contain at least 120,000 frames.
• Waveform file playback: Supports a symbol count of ≥10,000; supports waveform file durations of ≥20 minutes; supports SCS rates of 30 kHz and 60 kHz.
• Device Cascading: Devices support cascaded operation and synchronized control.
• Graphical user interface: Supports displaying frequency points as well as the attenuation and phase‑shift settings for each channel.
• Automatic Calibration: Supports one-click, automated channel calibration for frequency points; channels can be selectively chosen to suit specific application scenarios, enabling flexible calibration and deployment.
• Automated Control: Supports the remote, automated deployment of common operations via API interfaces.
• Multi-user: Supports multiple users, with the ability to assign user permissions to different output ports.
• Batch Import/Export: Export all current channel settings as needed, make any necessary modifications, and then re-import them.
• Log Recording: Real-time recording (and query) of device operation logs, including operation timestamps and setpoint records.
• Multi-frequency beam: It can simultaneously provide beams at different frequency points to multiple users.
