Millimeter-wave chip translation sorting test equipment
The equipment is mainly for 5G FR2 millimeter wave RF front end, millimeter wave AIP, short-range communication, multi-channel TR chip production, research and development of small batch testing, the proposed complete from automatic pick-up and release, index testing to product packaging complete solution.
It is used to realize the automatic reclaim, automatic packaging and electrical performance parameter test in the batch test of millimeter wave chips to be tested. Can be quickly compatible with a variety of models of chip testing, can also add high temperature module options, suitable for mass production testing, research and development testing, measurement certification testing scenarios.
The equipment includes two parts, one is the Handler machine module to realize the automatic action of the mechanism, including feeding, recharging, discharging, sorting, weaving, etc., and the other is the ATE test module to realize the application of test incentives, test data collection/judgment, test process management, test results reading and saving through automatic control of test instruments and Loadboard. Through the ATE platform software software to control the rhythm of action between them, transfer work information, joint work.
