Resistance-capacitance sensing chip automatic sorting test equipment
The equipment is mainly aimed at the resistance-capacitance sensing component manufacturers, device measurement certification units in the testing process in the face of multi-category, small batch situation, put forward a complete solution from automatic pick-and-place materials to index testing.
It is used to realize automatic reclaim, automatic packaging and electrical performance parameter testing in batch testing of resistive-capacitive components. ATE platform software to achieve the test data feedback, material sorting, automatic tape function. At the same time, it can be quickly compatible with a variety of models of resistance-to-capacitance chip testing, and can also add high-temperature module options, suitable for small-volume production testing, research and development testing, measurement certification testing scenarios.
The equipment includes two parts. One is to Handler a machine module to realize automatic operation of the mechanism, including feeding, recharging, discharging, sorting, taping, etc. The other is ATE test module, which realizes test incentive application, test process management, test result reading and storage through automatic control of test instruments (impedance analyzer, LCR meter, safety gauge tester). Through the ATE platform software software to control the rhythm of action between them, transfer work information, joint work.
