Horn antenna
A horn antenna is an aperture antenna whose metallic walls internally match the impedance between the waveguide port and free space. Modern horn antennas are integrated with orthogonal mode transducers (OMTs), simultaneously achieving low VSWR, wide bandwidth, high gain, and high isolation. Horn antennas are widely employed in microwave product testing and measurement, mobile communications, radar, electronic warfare, remote sensing, and other applications.
