Multi-channel communication board FT test equipment
The equipment mainly carries out FT test on the production line side for communication equipment boards such as 5G NR AAU, 5G FR2 millimeter wave, small station, CPE, etc. It can realize board start-up test, default table writing, static current test, TX/RX multi-tone table making and digital item test function, RLC open and short circuit function, radio frequency channel calibration and other related function tests. At the same time, it can also cooperate with mechanical arm and assembly line to complete the full automatic test requirements of production line.
The equipment is mainly composed of signal air interface signal connection module, automatic fixture, radio frequency control module, test instrument, heat dissipation module, industrial control computer and upper computer. Through the ATE platform software to achieve process automation, data acquisition, data discrimination, test report generation related work, to meet the needs of fully automated single board testing.
