Salary: 20,000–40,000 RMB/month:
1. Lead the design and development of OTA testing systems;
2. Responsible for OTA system software development and test plan design;
3. Take overall responsibility for the product competitiveness, delivery schedule, and quality of the OTA system.
Job Requirements:
1.Master's degree or above in communication engineering, electromagnetic field, electronic information, or related fields;
2. Familiar with 3GPP, CTIA, and other standards. Proficient in common wireless communication standards and testing procedures, such as cellular communication, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, etc.
3. Skilled in using simulation and programming software such as HFSS, ADS, CST, and MATLAB, capable of designing field-related algorithms.
4. Possesses AI software programming capabilities and can leverage AI for system software development.
5. Strong communication, coordination, organizational, verbal expression, comprehension skills, and team collaboration abilities.
