The scheme is suitable for DC aging test of the resistance-capacitance sensing device to be tested in the set high and low temperature, humidity environment and anaerobic environment, and realizes real-time monitoring of device status, removal of bad materials, real-time storage of relevant test data and interaction with customer management system through leakage current detection.
The system is mainly composed of environmental test chamber, DC programmable power supply, channel switching unit, data acquisition unit and ATE software. Through the aging loading process, the electrical performance parameters of the device can be obtained in real time, and the aging dynamic monitoring and screening functions can be realized.
