High-speed data cable test matrix
This kind of matrix with customized test fixture can realize the connection between high-speed data cable and instrument port, form corresponding test channels in turn through the channel switching of test matrix, complete the test of relevant indexes of high-speed data cable, and realize the fully automatic test of (bare wire and cable assembly) of high-speed data cable with transmission rate up to 110Gbps in combination with the calibration, high-precision de-embedding and parallel data processing of ATE software platform, the R & D and production testing of various high-speed data cables can be seamlessly connected.
