Based on the four-port vector network analyzer, the automatic test system for high-speed data cables (bare wires and cable components) with transmission rate up to 110Gbps is realized through automatic signal switching of the switch matrix network, combined with customized test fixture stroke test path, and combined with algorithms and technologies such as fast calibration, high-precision de-embedding and parallel data processing in ATE software platform, the R & D and production testing of various high-speed data cables can be seamlessly connected.

Our high-speed data cable test solutions use advanced test hardware and software algorithms to fully evaluate the data transmission performance of the cable.

1. Comprehensive test range: We provide test solutions covering various types of cables, including USB, MCIO, SFP, etc. No matter what type of cable you need to test, we have the appropriate testing tools and processes.

2. Self-developed system: The whole system supports a variety of test bandwidth frequencies: 26.5GHz/43.5GHz/67GHz. The system includes instruments, switch matrix, customized fixtures and ATE algorithm software.

2.1. Flexible configuration of switch matrix number: 8/16/32/64/128 ports, etc.

2.2. Support AFR/2x THRU high-precision multi-port de-embedding of customized fixtures.

2.3. The ATE algorithm software includes the AFR de-embedding algorithm and the TDR algorithm.
