AFX300 Series Test Fixture
AFX300 series fixture is a high-frequency measurement fixture composed of main body, test stage and TRL calibration parts. It mainly uses S parameters of measuring element. There are 3 kinds of frequency band products, applicable to a wide range of frequency, can be adapted to a variety of packaging products, high compatibility. A set of main body can be compatible with multiple tested parts of the stage, cost-effective.
Note: The independent stage can also be applied to the chip batch automatic sorting test machine.
· High test frequency: DC-50GHz
· High applicability: it can meet almost all package devices, such as SMD, QFN(QFP), SOT(SOP), BGA, butterfly wing with lead, etc.
· Cost-effective: One main body is compatible with multiple carriers
· RF active passive S-parameter small batch delivery test · Precise measurement of S parameters for RF active and passive ·Device aging test· Single stage suitable for chip batch automatic sorting test
