AFX200 Series Test Fixture
AFX200 series fixture is a simplified version of AFX300 series. It integrates the test stage and crimping part together. It is a customized test fixture for a certain chip and is suitable for testing with products with batch production. TRL calibration pieces can be generic to the same specifications of the products in the AFX300 series.
· High test frequency: DC-40GHz GHz, expandable to 50GHz
· Easy to use: the test does not need to have parts of the disassembly process
· Suitable for almost all kinds of packaged components: SMD, QFN(QFP), SOT(SOP), BGA, leaded butterfly wing, etc.
