AFX100 Series Test Fixture
AFX100 series fixture is a measuring fixture with an adjustable sliding table spacing, which is mainly used to measure the high frequency S parameters of the element. Can be equipped with TRL calibration parts, only a pair of coaxial connectors, can reduce the additional error to a minimum, high measurement accuracy, suitable for precision measurement of components.
After the tested part is put into the stage, the stage is put into the main body of the fixture. The rotation of the screw pushes the sliding stage to contact and lift the stage to connect with the coaxial connector to complete the signal connection.
The minimum length of the measurable device is 3.3mm and the maximum length is 49.5mm. The maximum pin position deviation of the measurable asymmetric pin device is 8mm.
